How do I fix a corrupted Windows Update?

The Dell Team | Update is a single standalone application for all commercial client computers that provides multiple system software updates released by Dell. This application can also be used to install rare drivers for both the operating system and network drivers installed using the Computer Identification feature.

You can refer to KB article 180507 “Dell commandupdate.com Cloud Repository Manager” to create an updated repository for some commercial Dell client devices and streamline your upgrade efforts. You want the Dell Command|Update user on the ce terminal to install these updates.

Click Startup Repair.

Choose your individual username.
Enter password.
Type “cmd” into the current main search field.
Right-click Command Prompt and select “Run as administrator”.
Type sfc /scannow at the command prompt or press Enter.
